Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Digital Catalogue Service Nature

NetZeroMart provides digital listing and catalogue exposure services for sustainable manufacturers and suppliers. Upon verified payment (₹1,200 for Standard Annual or ₹2,400 for Enterprise Annual), catalogue visibility and monthly upload quotas are activated for 365 days.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because all payments are settled manually via corporate UPI or QR code without recurring auto-debits, you are never locked into an ongoing automatic charge. If you choose not to renew, simply let your plan expire. Your products and articles will be temporarily hidden from the public catalogue without any penalty or recurring deduction.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the annual nature of digital directory services and immediate server allocation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once verified and activated by our accounts team. In cases of duplicate transfers or banking discrepancies, please reach out to our team at netzeromart@gmail.com within 7 days with your UTR transaction reference for an immediate investigation and resolution.
