1. Overview of Services

NetZeroMart provides an online digital catalogue platform where approved vendors showcase sustainable innovations, materials, and eco-friendly products to consumers and industrial purchasers.

2. Vendor Subscriptions & Billing

• Corporate B2B Model: Catalogue exposure is provided on an annual subscription basis. In accordance with enterprise B2B policy, there are no complimentary or trial months.
• Annual Plans: Vendors can choose between the Standard Annual Plan (₹1,200/year; 25 products & 50 articles monthly quota) and Enterprise Annual Plan (₹2,400/year; 75 products & 150 articles monthly quota).
• Manual UPI / QR Settlement: Payments are transferred directly to our corporate bank account or UPI ID. There are no automatic bank debits or recurring card charges.
• Listing Visibility: An active annual subscription is required for catalogue items to be publicly indexed on the storefront. Expired vendor listings are temporarily made private until renewal.

3. Vendor Content & Accuracy

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and veracity of technical specifications, certifications, and green credentials provided in their listings.
